Return Policy:

At Bling Bling Bui, we want all our customers to be 100% satify. If you are not completely satisied, please contact us. All items must be returned in the original package and in the same condition within 7 days of delivery. Please note that shipping charges will not be refundable and purchaser must pay shipping for returned items. All custom orders are FINAL SALE. 

 Returns resulting from our error must be in the original packaging and in the same condition. Sending them back in a padded envelope is not acceptable and they will be return to you unopened.  Your refund or exchange will be issued once we receive the item back in resaleable condition.  Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and the purchaser must pay shipping for returned items. If the return is due to our error no additional shipping charges are due.

We guarantee our products and service, and any mistake that we may make will be quickly and efficiently handled.  

Condition of Use:

We strongly advise our customer to never leave your child unattened while using our products.  Our products contain some small components and could be a potenial choking harzard. All of Bling Bling Bui products are to be use as your own risk.
